Why We Exist

For over two decades, Dr. Alok Arora has practiced clinical dentistry, treating thousands of patients and watching the same pattern repeat: conventional oral care treats symptoms — plaque, inflammation, decay — but rarely addresses the underlying cause. That cause, a growing body of research shows, is dysbiosis: an imbalance in the trillions of bacteria that live in the mouth.

Sarva Bio was born out of real clinical data — saliva testing collected directly in-practice — that revealed how consistently this imbalance shows up, and how disconnected it is from the tools patients are typically given to fix it.

What started as a clinical observation became a research question, and what started as a research question became a company. Sarva Bio exists to build what dentistry has been missing: a scientifically grounded, natural system that doesn't just clean the mouth, but rebalances it.
